Xometry recently had its IPO and is now listed on Nasdaq under the symbol XMTR.For this role, we are looking for a creative, fast-moving marketer who can help the company get the word out about its products and services in channels relevant to engineers, designers, makers, and supply chain managers. These could include the trade press, virtual events, engineering websites, influencers, and more.Job Description●Manage advertising in the engineering, purchasing, and specialized industry (i.e. 3D printing, maker) trade press including outreach, scheduling, testing, HTML messaging development in partnership with our design team, project management.●Find and vet new industry channel partners for general engineering & supply chain audiences as well as sites and publications with industry-specific audiences in top industries (aerospace, medical, auto, consumer electronics)●Find and vet engineering influencers & podcasts and obtain appearances, paid ads & partnerships for Xometry as appropriate.●Develop and flesh out new ideas that can help us reach more engineers, designers, and supply chain leaders in top industries and at top companies.●If interested, create your own content in audio, video, or written form.●Partner with designers, writers, and other members of the marketing team on campaign execution.Desired Qualifications●A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (degree not required)●3-5 years of professional experience with a focus on acquisition marketing, growth marketing, and/or content●Knowledge of or interest in engineering, 3D printing, or manufacturing is a plus●Desire to grow in a marketing career●The ability to work quickly at a fast-moving company●Comfort with ambiguity●Skill in working with outside vendors and influencers.●Experience measuring the success of marketing campaigns●A creative mind and eagerness to come up with new ideasXometry
