The Product Marketing Specialist will own the revenue generation for the respective market and drive rapid consumer adoption and inspire amazing brand loyalty. This individual also designs communication strategies to attract new users, focuses on knowing the target customer and developing ways to improve interactions with the customer.
Own Revenue - Owns revenue generation for the respective market assigned. Responsible for defining the strategy, executing revenue generating initiatives, and measuring the performance of the marketing, reporting results to executive leadership
Strategic Planning - Formulates, sets goals, determines actions to achieve the goals, and mobilizes resources to execute and measure marketing initiatives, including pricing and promotional campaigns, new market launches and expansions
Analysis - Examines data and facts to uncover and understand cause-effect relationships, thus providing basis for problem solving and decision making
Cross functional collaboration and execution - Work closely with teams of operations, customer service, legal, and technology to execute projects
Brand management and loyalty - Analyze and plan on how a brand is perceived in the market, cultivate a pattern of consumer behavior where consumers become committed to a brand and make repeat purchases form the same brands over time
Critical thinking - Ability to think critically, using good judgment, analytical skills and data driven mindset to provide perspectives and formulate recommendations to stakeholders

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification
Bachelor's degree (Required)
5+ years combined leadership experience in marketing, brand, and product management (Preferred)
New user acquisition experience across a broad portfolio of marketing channels (Preferred)
Experience working in a consumer packaged goods organization (Preferred)
