A Paid Media Senior Strategist with a passion for leading digital marketing strategy and execution engagements. You will have deep knowledge of how to help clients get the most value from their media budget, channel synergies and the media landscape. Hands-on media buying expertise across search, social, programmatic, and content syndication is a bonus. You should have a deep understanding of consumer behavior across all media channels and an eye on the future of media.
Develop integrated media strategies for B2B enterprise clients across paid search, paid social, display, content syndication, and video, aligned to desired business outcomes;
Work with internal and external stakeholders to define goals, audiences, channels, content and creative, budgets and KPIs;
Conduct audience research and perform competitive analyses using tools such as Comscore, Nielsen, SEMrush, and Kantar;
Collaborate with internal or external creative teams on ad concepts, imagery, and ad copy;
Collaborate with data & analytics team to deploy cross-channel measurement frameworks and reporting to track performance and surface insights that inform optimizations;
Support day-to-day communication with clients;
Oversee and direct campaign managers, ensuring flawless execution and optimization of campaigns;
Lead client meetings and business reviews, prepare the agenda or deck and ensure timely delivery of follow-up items;
Maintain strong relationships with key channels and platforms, nominating clients for betas and finding value-add opportunities; and,
Monitor industry trends and provide proactive recommendations for testing or expansion.
Minimum 5 years’ experience and proven success managing paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video;
Minimum of 2 certifications between Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms;
Bachelor's or MBA in Marketing or quantitative, test-driven field;
Strong analytical skills and experience generating media reports;
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments, and passion for data analysis;
Ability to think strategically and share recommendations & testing opportunities that improve account goals;
Clear communicator, both oral and written, with strong presentation skills;
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation;
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media.
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $62,640 to $143,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
